Most vendors quote rather than publish. Here is what is on the record, and what it works out to for a 25-seat floor.
Short answer: entry-level QA platforms start around $35 per agent per month, usually billed annually. Mid-market runs roughly $50 to $100. Enterprise platforms are quoted, commonly cited between $100 and $500 per agent per month.
For a 25-seat floor that is roughly $10,500 a year at the entry tier and $30,000 or more at the top, before integration costs.
| Tier | Per agent / month | 25 seats / year | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | from about $35 | about $10,500 | Usually annual |
| Mid-market | about $50–100 | about $15,000–30,000 | Annual |
| Enterprise | about $100–500, quoted | $30,000+ | Annual, multi-year common |
| One-time tool | n/a | $99 once plus AI credit | None |
The alternative to paying is not zero. It is a supervisor spending several hours a week reviewing a sample small enough that most problems never surface, and finding out about the rest through complaints.
There is a third position worth considering before committing to an annual contract: score a month of calls with a one-time tool for a few dollars in AI credit, and use the findings to size the actual problem. That either justifies the platform budget with evidence, or tells you it is not needed yet.
Figures are drawn from published vendor pricing pages and third-party category reviews as of August 2026. Enterprise pricing is quoted rather than listed. Confirm with vendors before budgeting.
Because seat count, feature tier and contract length change the number substantially, and because quoted pricing lets them price to the buyer. Entry-tier vendors are more likely to publish.
Some vendors offer one, several do not. At least one entry-level vendor states all plans are recurring semi-annual or annual with no monthly option, so check billing terms before comparing rates.
Roughly $10,500 a year at the entry tier, $15,000 to $30,000 mid-market, and $30,000 or more at enterprise, before integration and onboarding.
For scoring and coverage, yes. For coaching workflow, calibration tooling, multi-user access and integrations, no. The trade is deliberate.
